Campus Ministry
UCC welcomes all Abilene college students to partner in our Campus Ministry through service, fellowship, study and worship.
- This semester, our Campus Ministry will be spending Wednesday evenings serving and loving our neighbors in Abilene. Opportunities for ministry include tutoring ESL students, serving the UCC Children’s Ministry, visiting with shut-ins, serving children of refugees relocated to Abilene, and more. Come join us as we join God’s work in our community. Meet at 7 p.m. in the Family Room for prayer before we are sent out to serve Abilene.
- Come join us for fellowship and a meal at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday nights in the MAC. College students eat free!
Sunday mornings
- This semester, the Campus Ministry is journeying through the bizarre and wonderful world of the book of Revelation. Our Campus Minister, Ben Fike, leads the expedition. Class meets at 9 a.m. in the Family Room.
Sunday evenings
- A time honored UCC tradition, 9 o’clock offers a unique opportunity for college students and others to gather and worship Christ as Lord at the beginning of each week – 9 p.m. in the auditorium. Come and worship.
If you’d like more information about the Campus Ministry or would like to be included on our e-mail lists for 9 o’clock or other events, please contact our Campus Minister, Ben Fike, at ben.fike@uccabilene.org.
